Every Candymonium order ships from Los Angeles in insulated, transit-safe packaging. We ship to all 48 contiguous states and plan every order around your delivery date.
Where we ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States from our Los Angeles studio. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. If your delivery address falls outside the contiguous US, contact us before placing an order and we’ll advise on options.
Production & shipping timelines
The timeline below covers standard production. Every order’s clock starts from the date your digital proof is approved — not from when you submit your brief or pay your deposit.

Always share your event or delivery date when requesting a quote. We plan the entire timeline backward from your date and will flag any risk before you commit.
How we package for transit
Chocolate is sensitive to heat and physical shock. We take both seriously.
Every order ships in an outer corrugated box lined with insulated foam or thermal foil, sized to minimize movement. Depending on the season and delivery destination, we add gel packs or dry ice packs to maintain a safe temperature range in transit. We select carrier service levels — standard, expedited, or priority — based on the expected transit time and the time of year.
During summer months and in periods of high ambient heat (typically May through September for most of the country), we use heavier insulation and shorter shipping windows as standard. You do not need to request this — it is built into every warm-weather order automatically.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail depending on the order size, destination, and timeline. We select the carrier and service level most appropriate for each order. Tracking information is shared via email as soon as your order ships. If you need delivery by a specific date, mention it at the quoting stage and we will confirm whether it is achievable before production begins.
Multiple delivery addresses
We can ship to multiple addresses — for example, directly to your clients, to multiple office locations, or to a venue. Mention the delivery requirements when requesting a quote and we will include multi-address shipping costs and logistics in the proposal.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the affected chocolate pieces before disturbing the box and contact us at support@candymonium.com or (818) 641-7001 within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.
In the rare event that a tracked shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Rush orders
Rush production is available subject to current studio capacity. We will always tell you honestly whether a timeline is achievable — we will not rush production in a way that compromises quality. If you have a tight deadline, mention the exact date in your quote request so we can confirm availability before you commit.
