Any format works at quoting stage — even a low-resolution PNG from your website is enough to get started. For the production artwork, vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) give us the cleanest results. High-resolution PNG or PDF (300 dpi or higher) also work well. If your file needs preparation we’ll let you know before charging anything.

Yes. We design and produce from Los Angeles and ship to all 48 contiguous states. Chocolate is temperature-sensitive, so we use insulated packaging and select carriers and shipping speeds based on your delivery location and the time of year. We’ll confirm the best shipping method when your order is ready.

During summer months and warm-weather periods we use additional insulation, gel packs, and faster shipping windows to protect the chocolate in transit. We build this into the timeline and cost automatically — you don’t need to ask for it.

Yes. We can ship to a venue, a hotel, multiple office locations, or directly to individual recipients for corporate send-outs. Mention the delivery requirements when requesting a quote and we’ll include it in the proposal.

Contact us as soon as you receive the order. We’ll ask for photos of the damaged pieces and packaging, assess what happened, and make it right. Our insulated packaging is designed to prevent damage, but if something does go wrong we stand behind the product.
