How long does the sample box take to arrive?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment and ship via standard tracked shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We’ll share tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I request a specific chocolate or packaging type?
Yes. Add a note in the “anything you’d like us to know” field and we’ll do our best to include the formats most relevant to your project. If you have a specific product in mind, mention it and we’ll tailor the sample accordingly.
