From your first brief to the moment your gift arrives — a straightforward five-step process designed to keep things simple on your end.
The ordering process
Request a quote
Start by telling us about your project. A few sentences is enough — we don’t need finished artwork or a precise quantity to begin. Share your occasion, an approximate number, your logo if you have it, and when you need the order delivered.
You can fill in the brief form, email us directly at support@candymonium.com, or give us a call. Any of those works.
Receive your proposal
We review your brief and reply within one business day — usually sooner. Your proposal will include pricing by quantity tier, recommended packaging options, chocolate choices (dark, milk, white), a production timeline, and shipping options for your location.
There is no obligation at this stage. If the proposal isn’t right, tell us — we’d rather adjust than lose the project over a detail.
Review and approve your proof
Once you confirm the direction, we prepare a digital proof showing your logo and brand colors applied to the chosen product. We share this before anything goes into production and refine it until it’s right.
For clients who want to evaluate chocolate quality and packaging in hand before placing a full order, we recommend ordering a sample box first. Its cost is credited toward your first project over $500.
Production
With your proof approved and deposit received, production begins. Your order is made from premium couverture chocolate and finished using food-safe print. Every piece is individually checked before packing.
Standard production takes 7–14 business days from proof approval. Rush production is available for tighter timelines — mention your event date early so we can confirm availability before quoting.
Delivery
Your order ships from Los Angeles in insulated, transit-safe packaging designed to protect chocolate through temperature changes in transit. We select the right carrier and shipping speed based on your delivery location and the time of year.
We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Tracking information is shared as soon as the order ships. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
